The retreaters had a wonderful time with Edyta Sitar from Laundry Basket Quilts Works yesterday. Everyone made a Poinsettia Block and practiced invisible machine applique. All of the blocks turned out so beautiful. Several of the ladies decided to make additional blocks from Edyta's Applique Affair.

Is that Judy hiding behind the quilt block? I spent the weekend at this retreat and highly recommend it to anyone! The site is beautiful, the food is good (and reasonably priced) and the facilities, if you are a quilter, are enviable! The elk ride and gourmet dinner are an experience of a lifetime. Thanks to Pam for the hard work putting all this together. I appreciated the efficiency of it all.
