Another Guild Block of the Month Incentive Gift

My Quilt Guild, Thunderbay Quilt Guild (no affiliation with Thunder Bay Resort, although we are in the same county) has another Block of the Month going this year. Actually we have two going on. I have noticed over the years that a lot of the women take the patterns and don't end up making the blocks and/or quilts. So I decided to make incentive gifts for those members who make their blocks each month. This month (actually today is our business meeting) I have made the Clicker bags for the members who have made their March blocks. Have you made the Clicker bags yet? They are really fun to make. It takes 2 fat quarters and some metal tape from a tape measure and about 20 minutes to assemble. When you pull on the little praire point handles the bag makes a clicking sound. I made 24 for the Guild, 1 that I gave to Pat Sloan when I took her class in Pigeon Forge and 3 for my grandchildren. Allie, at 21 months old was running around clicking her bag and just a giggling.
For the February quilters I made little pin cushions and for the March quilters I made the wonder wallets. Now to think of what I can do for May!!!
